The Handstand Checklist

I recently ran a 7 day Handstand Building Blocks challenge on Instagram. This challenge was about building all the components that you need for a handstand. Mobile wrists and shoulders, strong forearms, a torso of steel, good awareness and finally putting it all together for your handstand.
