Mastering the Chest to Wall Handstand

Many of my students have a strong dislike for the chest to wall handstand. I get it. It's difficult and it can feel outside your comfort zone.⁠

⁠However, the key to mastering a freestanding handstand is to get comfortable with the chest to wall handstand.⁠
