Last week my Master the Handstand coaching group came to an end and my students all had questions about how they could continue to improve their handstands. One question that came up was "how do I make my shoulders less wobbly?".
So I filmed a short sequence that I often use in my own training. The basic idea is to set yourself up so that all the muscles that work to stabilize your shoulder are working optimally. The exercises will strengthen your push, improve your position and help your handstand feel more table.
Give it a try, I think you'll surprise yourself with how good your handstand feels after.
