Handstands Make You Better At Everything

I am always telling people that mindful movement and handstands will make you better at everything.

Handstands require that you build balance, flexibility and strength but most of all body awareness. Having a better control of your body and understanding of where it is in space can make you better at all movements. Whether you are a crossfitter, a golfer or a shuffle boarder having control of your own body is essential. I always see my wife roll her eyes when I start this speech so this cartoon is dedicated to her.
