Follow Along Handstand Class

If you have always wanted to take one of my classes now is your chance to join me for a handstand class. In this free class you will learn the theory of alignment, discover how to feel the body position that you need upside down and do some conditioning to strengthen that position.

The class is geared at beginner/intermediate students but if you are more advanced you can add some extra skill work in that section.

USEFUL INFORMATION

  • You should have access to a timer, a wall and a box/chair/bench
  • Warm up your wrists, shoulders and hips before starting the class
  • The video is 23 minutes long but I ask you to pause the video to practice in a few sections so it will take about 35-40 minutes in total
  • Do not do this class if you have any wrist or shoulder injuries
