Can I Run & Do Handstands?

I have recently started adding some running into my routine. The major benefits are the feeling of freedom and being able to spend more time outside. The downside is that my calves feel as if someone has super glued them into a tight ball. This is not great when I also want to train handstands!⁠

⁠So I got on a call with my Ultra Running friend Sarah Scozzaro, to get some help.⁠

Sarah shared all her secrets on how to run without my calves getting upset. We discussed strategies and Sarah filmed some exercises with her adorable cat Moose to help. As always a cat is not required, best results can be achieve with cats.⁠
