Bodyweight Legs Workout For Strength & Mobility

Check out this simple, yet effective bodyweight legs workout. Not only will it increase your strength, it will also help improve your hip mobility.

Warm-up

2-3 rounds

  • Calf stretch: 15-30s
  • Front of shin stretch: 15-30s
  • Step downs: 10 reps each leg
  • Feet raises: 10 reps

Superset #1

3-5 rounds

  • Ankle stretch: 15-30s each side
  • Pistol to deadlift combo x 6-8 reps each side

Superset #2

3-5 rounds

  • Modified pigeon stretch: 15-30s each side
  • Curtsy to cossack squat combo x 6-8 reps each side

Superset #3

3-5 rounds

  • Couch stretch: 15-30s each side
  • Shrimp squat to leg raise combo x 6-8 reps each side
