Learning handstands as an adult is not easy. One of the biggest struggles that adults have is being able to kick up feestanding, away from the wall. In this week's video I discuss my 5 steps to move your handstand away from the wall.

  • Step 2: Learn to kick up with control
  • Step 3: Learn to cartwheel
  • Step 4: Cartwheel sideways from the wall
  • Step 5: Bail from the wall
