New Handstand 12 Week Course

12 weeks of at home programming and online coaching as well as 8 x 90 minute classes.

Date: Tuesday 27th September 2016 to Tuesday 20th December 2016

Class Times: Tuesdays 6:30 – 8:00

Class Dates: 27th September, 11th & 25th October, 1st & 15th & 22nd & 29th November, 13th December

GMB Gymnastics & Focused Flexibility

GMB Gymnastics: Thursday 6:30pm – 7:30pm

Focused Flexibility: Thursday 7:30pm – 8:30pm

Date: Thursday 29th September 2016 to Thursday 8th December 2016 (10 weeks of classes in total)

Handstand Course

In this 12 week handstand course we will focus on the flexibility, strength and control required to achieve a freestanding handstand. I will give you the confidence to be able to comfortably work upside down so that you can hold a handstand without the fear of injuring yourself.

Included in this course is:

  • 12 weeks of home programming with video instruction
  • Private Facebook group to post questions and progress and receive personalised feedback
  • 8 x 90 minute classes at East York Gymnastics

GMB Gymnastics

GMB Gymnastics Training classes will help you build strength, flexibility, and body control to make you better at whatever activities you enjoy. Classes will include basic tumbling and hand balancing, gymnastic rings training, parallettes training and focused flexibility methods. Each exercise and skill is built from the ground up, and even beginners will be able to learn new skills and improve their agility and mobility.

Focused Flexibility

Focused Flexibility classes are based around the GMB FF Program. It is a completely customizable method for assessing and improving your mobility and flexibility for greater ease of movement.
